What is a Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna?

A full spectrum infrared sauna typically combines different types of infrared wavelengths, including near-infrared, mid-infrared, and far-infrared, to provide a broader range of therapeutic benefits. Each wavelength penetrates the body to varying depths, offering advantages such as improved circulation, pain relief, and detoxification. This type of sauna aims to harness the benefits associated with different infrared wavelengths. Near-infrared is thought to benefit the skin, mid-infrared promotes circulation, and far-infrared aids in deep tissue penetration.

What is a Sauna?

Saunas are a therapeutic, heated, enclosed, wood-lined room with many different benches, seating, design, and size/capacity. The intense heat generated within the sauna encourages detoxifying perspiration, relief from aches and pains, and deep relaxation. And these are just a fraction of the benefits saunas deliver.

What is a Hot Tub?

A hot tub is a large tub filled with hot water used for relaxation and hydrotherapy. It often includes jets for massaging purposes. Typically designed for outdoor use and can be made of various materials such as acrylic, wood, or fiberglass. They're equipped with heating and filtration systems to maintain water temperature and cleanliness. People often use hot tubs for socialising, stress relief, and to soothe muscles and joints.

How is my product delivered?

All our products come fully built and ready to install. The product is wrapped and on a pallet for shipment.

How do I get my product in the position i want it in my home or garden?

We provide free delivery to your address on the back of a flatbed trailer, the product is fully built. You will be responsible for organising the removal of the product from the delivery vehicle. the outdoor saunas will need to be removed with a forklift or crane with access to drop in situe within your garden, the hot tubs can be lifted and carried with approximately 4 people, alternatively using a crane or forklift with access to place in situe within your garden, the infrared saunas can be lifted with approximately 2-4 people depending on the model.

How will i know how to operate the product?

Our saunas and hot tubs come with operating manuals.

What is EMF?

What is ELF?

ELF refers to Extremely Low Frequency, which is a range of electromagnetic frequencies typically from 3 to 30 hertz. ELF waves are used in various technological applications, including communication with submarines and certain scientific research.

What are nanometers?

In the context of infrared saunas, nanometers are often used to describe the wavelength of the infrared radiation emitted by the heating elements. Infrared radiation has different categories, and they are often divided into near-infrared, mid-infrared, and far-infrared, based on their wavelengths. Nanometers can be used to specify the range of wavelengths associated with these different types of infrared radiation.

For example: Near-Infrared: This typically refers to wavelengths between 700 and 1400 nanometers. Mid-Infrared: This range can be roughly from 1400 to 3000 nanometers. Far-Infrared : This encompasses wavelengths beyond 3000 nanometers.

What is the lead time on my sauna once ordered?

Our Saunas are all and made and made to order so production time is 4-8 weeks, once the order is placed you will be notified approximate delivery week and will be notified again 2 days before delivery.

Our Hot Tubs are all hand made and made to order so production time is 2-4 weeks, once the order is placed you will be notified approximate delivery week and will be notified again 2 days before delivery.

Can i put the Sauna together myself?

All our saunas and hot tubs come ready built for your convenience.

Do i install my product?

Yes,all our products are shipped, fully built and ready to install. once you have placed the product in the position you want you can then connect power, water and draining depending on what product you have bought and what is required. 

Where should i place my product

We provide sizes in the product description, So when deciding on where to put your new sauna or tub consider the size of it. Place it in something flat and level as well as big enough and sturdy enough, not on grass, mud/soil or carpet

How much does it cost to operate the sauna?

Infrared Sauna - typically, an infrared sauna takes 30 minutes to heat up, after which bathing takes place for another hour. A 1.3kW heater consumes around 0.65 kW to heat up and 1kW for bathing, this gives us a total of 1.65kW for the 1.5 hours.

With the average cost of power in the uk at 28p per kW it would cost aroud a total of 47p per 1.5 hour session.

Outdoor Sauna - typically, a sauna is heated for about an hour, after which the bathing takes place for another hour. A 9kW heater consumes around 7kW in the first hour and 6kW for bathing this gives us a total of 13kW for the 2 hours.

With the avergae cost of power in the UK at 28p per kW it would cost around a total of £3.64 per 2 hour session.

Does the sauna come with Warranty?

All our saunas and hot tubs come with a 24 month warranty

What happens if the heaters stop working?

All our products come with 24 month warranty so in the unlikely event one of the heaters or ovens stop working please get inform us immediately we will either fix it or replace it for you.

Will it be delivered to my address?

As long as you provide us with the correct shipping address it will be delivered there.

What should I do after using the sauna?

Two things–wipe down benches to remove excess moisture, and leave the doors open to facilitate drying of the sauna. Not drying out your sauna also makes it more difficult to remove stains.

How do outdoor saunas differ from indoor saunas?

Outdoor saunas are specifically designed to withstand weather conditions. They often use durable materials and have enhanced insulation for outdoor use.

Do you have a showroom i can view some products?

No, we do not have a showroom and all our products are hand made, made to order and cutomised by you so can all be different.
